Abstract

Trauma is one of the most frequent missing causes on the upper and lower anterior teeth area, and the results of trauma is not only the exfoliations of teeth but also the loss of supporting structures, such as alveolar bones and keratinized gingiva.. The recovery of trauma should be considered variously, especially esthetic area. The combination restorations of alveolar bones, gingiva and teeth can give ride to the good clinical results. This is the clinical case report concerned about the autogenous and xenogenic bone grafts, gingival grafts, and implant restorations on the traumatized upper anterior teeth area. So I report the clinical result of this case with the literature reviews.
